This page explains what personal data this website and TriggerlyAI handle, and why. TriggerlyAI is run by Davide Rapida, based in Valencia, Spain. For anything about your data, write to davide@triggerlyai.com.

What this website collects

Nothing by itself. This website sets no cookies, runs no analytics or tracking, and has no forms.

Like any website, it's served by a hosting provider (Vercel). The provider processes technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the pages and keep them secure. That data stays in short-lived server logs and isn't used to identify you.

When you book a call

The booking buttons take you to Calendly, a separate service with its own privacy policy. When you book, Calendly shares with me the details you enter: your name, your email address, the time you picked and any answers you give. I use them only to prepare for and hold the call, and to follow up about it.

When you email me

If you write to davide@triggerlyai.com, I use your email address and what you send me to reply and to carry on the conversation.

Why I can use your data

To answer you and take steps you've asked for before we work together, and because I have a legitimate interest in replying to people who get in touch about my services. I don't sell your data, share it for marketing, or add you to a newsletter.

How long I keep it

As long as we're talking or working together, and after that only as long as the law requires (for example, for invoices). Then I delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to limit or object to how I use it, or to get a copy of it. Write to davide@triggerlyai.com. If you think I've handled your data wrongly, you can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) at www.aepd.es.
