What I build

Systems that do the work of the hire you were about to make.

Outbound, CRM and content, running as one engine that books meetings.

GTM engines

Multichannel outbound

Signal-based prospecting on your own data. It finds the right accounts, writes to them on email and LinkedIn, and books the meetings.

GTM engines

CRM and RevOps

A CRM your team actually uses. Leads routed, data kept clean, and a dashboard that tells you where the pipeline really is.

GTM engines

Content engine

Long-form content and LinkedIn posts, written in your voice from your expertise, company knowledge, call transcripts, and market and competitor insights.

The problem

Stop doing manually what AI should handle.

Outbound needs an SDR. The CRM needs a RevOps person. The admin needs someone to automate it. That's three salaries, and nobody has mapped how the work runs yet. Don't hire a team. Embed an engineer.

  • Hiring more people won't fix a process nobody has mapped.

Your team has no time or capacity to step back, and no clear view of what isn't working, how things run today or how they could run better.

  • Tools you pay for and don't use

Half set-up software, data in five places, and a spreadsheet doing the CRM's job.

  • Your team is too busy running the business to fix it.

Copy-paste, reporting, chasing updates. One 4-person agency I audited was losing 54 to 74 hours a month to it. Meanwhile prospecting, follow-ups and pipeline work wait for whoever has a spare hour.

How it works

If you can't see a process, you can't automate it.

  1. 01

    Discovery

I map how your sales and operations really run and price the waste in hours and euros. You leave with a roadmap.

  2. 02

    First build

The system that pays back first, built in your tools and on your data. HelloPrint's was live in 2 weeks.

  3. 03

    In production

A weekly update on what shipped, and a monthly report on what it's returning.

  4. 04

    Ongoing

I keep running and improving it, or your team takes over with the documentation and training.

Results

What's happened so far.

HelloPrint

€3.5K to €2.3K a month

“What we expected to be a project that would take months was completed in just two weeks. We reduced our monthly costs from €3.5K to €2.3K, a saving of around €1.2K per month, or roughly €14.4K annually.”
Quinten BauwensAI Product Manager, HelloPrint
Rumore

54 to 74 hours a month of waste found

“In just one week, Davide identified 70+ hours per month wasted in our processes.”
Agostino MugnosCo-founder, Rumore
Semory

CRM built from scratch on Attio

“We worked with Davide to build Semory's CRM on Attio from scratch. The collaboration was precise, smooth, and effective in its process. Davide integrated quickly with the team, a quality I appreciated immediately and one that sets him apart as a professional.”
Stefano De La TorreCo-founder and CEO, Semory
Intelligems

Head of Sales trained on Clay

“Working with Davide/TriggerlyAI was fantastic. Davide was patient, kind, and most importantly, an expert in his field. I went from not yet working in Claude Code and never building a Clay table of my own, to building an automated contact enrichment flow that is now powering a LinkedIn pipeline generation campaign with success. If you're looking to go from "understanding things as at a high level" to actually getting your hands dirty and building yourself, Davide/TriggerlyAI will help you get there.”
Matt DeisHead of Sales, Intelligems

Ways to work together

Start with the audit, go straight to the build, or upskill your team.

Strategy

AI audit

I map how your sales and operations really run and put a number on what's being wasted.

  • Interviews with your team
  • Your processes mapped end to end
  • The waste priced in hours and euros
  • A roadmap of what to build first

Fixed scope, agreed before we start.

Engineering

Sprint

One project, one scope, agreed before anything is built.

  • A single system, scoped and priced up front
  • Built inside your stack, on your data
  • Code, infrastructure and documentation handed over
  • Your team trained to run it

Fixed scope. 5 to 10 days.

Training

Training

Your team learns to run, change and build systems themselves.

  • Hands-on sessions on your own tools and data
  • Claude Code, Clay and n8n
  • Documentation your team keeps
Hi, I'm Davide.

About

Hi, I'm Davide.

I'm a fractional AI and GTM engineer based in Valencia. For 5+ years I've worked alongside early-stage startups, VCs and accelerators across Spain, Italy, the Netherlands and the US. I've designed and run 4+ international open innovation programmes connecting 40+ startups with large organisations, and hosted events and demo days for 60+ people. Today I help B2B startups and SMEs save time and drive revenue without adding headcount. I find where time and money leak across your go-to-market and operations and put a number on it, build the systems that fix it, and train your leaders and team to use the tools and build what they need. I speak Italian, English and Spanish.

Questions

Before you book.

Why not just hire an SDR or a RevOps person?

You might, later. But a new hire needs a system to run, and most small teams don't have one yet. I build the system first. If you still need the hire after that, they'll start on day one with something that works.

Why not an agency?

With most agencies, the person who sells you is not the person who builds for you. With me, it's the same person from the first call to the handover. And you own everything at the end.

Can't we do this ourselves with ChatGPT, Claude and Clay?

You can, if your team knows the tools and has the time to do it properly: find the processes worth automating, build the system, test it, improve it, put it into production and train everyone to use it. Without that, the tools on their own won't change much. That's why most companies I talk to still haven't implemented anything after three or even six months, and don't know where or how to start.

You're one person. What if you're busy?

I keep my client list small on purpose. Everything I build is documented, and your team is trained to run it, so nothing depends on me.

Why pay for an audit before anything's built?

Because it shows you where AI will actually pay off before you spend more. You get an ROI estimate and a clear roadmap of what to fix first and why, ranked by impact and effort.
